- Pressure Washing: Periodic pressure washing to remove stubborn stains, oil spills, grease marks, and other tough dirt from the parking lot surface.*
- Line Striping: Repainting or refreshing parking space lines, directional arrows, handicapped symbols, and other markings to ensure clear and organized parking.*
- Debris and Weed Control: Clearing any large debris, such as branches or rocks, as well as controlling weed growth to maintain a neat appearance.*
- Drain Cleaning: Ensuring that drains within the parking lot are free from debris and not clogged to prevent water pooling and potential flooding during rain.*

- Dumpster Corral Cleaning: Many businesses have a section of the parking lot area fenced off for a dumpster corral. We collect loose garbage, pallets and debris and place them in the proper dumpster bins. Sweep away dirt, clean dumpster corral area with degreaser and pressure wash any stains.
